-Campers are grouped according to ability level and age, and all activities and obstacles are scaled and appropriate for each age and ability grouping.
-All staff are first aid/CPR trained
-Equipment is screened for safety at the beginning of each day, and routine maintenance is pre-scheduled
-We rotate through obstacles so hands and arms don’t get too tired
-All obstacles have cushioning around them and mats underneath
What is a Typical Day at Camp Like:
-We begin with name games, fostering teamwork while warming up and discussing safety
-Groups receive 2.5 hours of ninja skills coaching while rotating through upper body and lower body obstacles
-After lunch, we take time for arts & crafts, board games and down-time camp fun
-Campers then play 'traditional camp games' with a twist, think 'Capture the Flag while using monkey bars and warped walls'
-We end with free play, where campers use their imaginations to create any kind of course or obstacle they like!
*Note: We use numerous play-based 'games' to practice and learn techniques in a fun, engaging manner
