Our most popular option by far, our Ninja Training Programs offer structured and goal oriented obstacle training without sacrificing any of the fun!

Our training programs teach that...

--> Movement is FUN, playing is FUN, and therefore exercise is FUN

--> There are many types of athletes, and not catching a ball is ok!

--> Building confidence & overcoming fears feels great

✓ Designed for ages 4 and up, from beginners to competitive team-athletes

✓ Lessons are semi-private or private.

✓ Semi-private groups are capped at 5-8 students, to enhance participation & skill development, and to allow coaches to customize curriculum to each child's needs

✓ Held during the day for homeschool children, and after school

✓ Watch and get feedback as your child progresses through 4 different levels, each with its own key skills and objectives.

✓ Designed for ages 4 and up, from beginners to competitive team-athletes

∙A structured, 12 week curriculum to move from beginner to advanced training levels over time

∙Capped at 5-8 students

∙Same cohort group for the duration

∙Continual session enrollment unless drop-form submitted

Because ninja obstacle training is so varied, it's the perfect way for both "athletes" & "non-athletes" to move, have fun and grow stronger.

We teach fundamental movement patterns that are beneficial to any future sports participation.
